What is PITCH STARTUPS?
It is a call open to Spanish technology startups with international potential that have a product or service that seeks to satisfy needs in various sectors of the entertainment industry, i.e. any technology that contributes and transforms the way of making audiovisual / digital entertainment (in a direct or indirect way).

What does the PITCH STARTUPS contest offer?
4 Startups will be selected to participate in a face-to-face pitch session in front of an audience of executives and potential industry partners at Conecta DIGITAL, an extension of Conecta FICTION & ENTERTAINMENT, which will take place on November 18th and 19th, 2025.
Conecta DIGITAL will cover accreditation expenses for two representatives of each selected Startup.
What documents must be submitted to participate in the contest?
Each Startup’s submission must be accompanied by the following documents in Spanish or English:
Required documents
- Pitch Deck: brief and visual document that summarizes the vision of the Startup. It may contain: the problem it seeks to solve with its product or service, its business model, growth strategy, milestones achieved, amount of funding required and the team that makes it up. In total, the pitch deck should not exceed 20 pages.
- Some kind of demonstration of the product or service.
- NIF/CIF of the company.
Recommended documents (if available)
- Dated and signed contracts, letters of commitment or interest, demonstrating financial viability.
- Intellectual property (patents, trademarks, copyrights, etc.).
- Any documents that help to better understand the proposal or add value to it.
How are the Startups selected?
We will put your Startup in the hands of a Professional Jury (to be confirmed shortly), composed of a team of professionals from different areas of expertise within the technology and audiovisual sector.
The Jury will evaluate all the Startups received and will select 4 Startups, according to criteria of originality, innovation, technical and economic viability, importance in the sector and other elements, according to their professional and objective criteria.
The finalists will be announced in October 2025.
How can Startups projects be submitted?
Remember that the submission must be made through the website, we will not receive any application by email.
To submit a project, you must:
- Create an account
- Log in
- Enter this page and click on the ‘Submit a project’ button at the bottom of the page. This will open a form that must be filled in with all the Startup data.
- No accreditation is required to submit a Startup.
- Startup registration is free of charge.
Startups can be submitted until October 6th 2025.
