Since its creation in 2017, CONECTA has built a space with its own identity within the audiovisual map. Under the CONECTA umbrella, there are different brands such as Conecta Fiction & Entertainment (content), Conecta Digital (technology and innovation), Conecta CREATIVE LAB (creation and trends, formerly called Think Tank), Conecta FEST (exhibition and screening), Conecta VIBES (leisure experiences to encourage networking), and others that have accompanied its evolution by articulating various thematic lines. The event has gained prestige and reputation among international producers and talent thanks to its project pitching sessions, which have resulted in the production of more than thirty fiction series, many of which have won awards, been distributed, or programmed internationally.

Conecta Fiction 2025

CONECTA events are positioned among the leading events in the audiovisual industry as trategic platforms for business, talent, and financing. Since 2017, more than 6,000 professionals from over 50 countries have attended to find financing, close production and distribution deals, find employment, exchange ideas, discover and learn how to use emerging technologies, internationalize, and create projects that foster professional collaborations and long-term business.

These are traveling events that have passed through Galicia, Navarra, Castilla-La Mancha, and Madrid, promoting geographical diversity by attracting local creative talent and industry, while highlighting both regional and national cultural heritage. Since its first edition, CONECTA has played a pioneering role in decentralizing audiovisual activity in Spain and bringing professional conversation to territories that are not, in principle, part of the usual circuit. 

A SUSTAINABLE EVENT

Each edition of the events is developed under a sustainability plan based on theSustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the 2030 Agenda. The priority SDGs in this plan and included in each edition of CONECTA are: SDG 12 (Responsible consumption and production), SDG 4 (Quality education), SDG 5 (Gender Equality), SDG 13 (Climate Action), and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals), with specific actions detailed for each one. 

WHAT YOU WILL FIND AT CONECTA Magaluf-Mallorca?

GENERAL ACTIVITIES:

  • NETWORKING: In person. Large areas will be set up for networking, with spaces reserved for meetings and for companies that require their own space. Relaxed events will be held, such as cocktail parties, lunches, and breakfasts, which will encourage effective networking. Online. Matchmaking and networking tools will be offered to organize one-to-one meetings. 
  • PITCHINGS OF THE PROJECTS SELECTED IN OUR CALL FOR PROJECTS: Carefully selected projects will be presented through our call for projects, chosen by our Editorial Committees, composed of international experts and renowned professionals in the sector.
  • PANELS, KEYNOTES, AND WORKSHOPS: Each will focus on current topics, designed to provide practical and strategic value to participants.
  • EVENING EVENTS: Our evening events will offer the ideal opportunity to continue networking in a vibrant and relaxed atmosphere. From elegant award galas to lively cocktail parties, a variety of activities will be scheduled to maximize the experience and foster meaningful connections.

PREMIUM ACTIVITIES

  • CONECTA CREATIVE LAB. This will be an exclusive seminar, where senior executives and professionals from the sector will discuss and reflect on the state and future of the industry. This event requires additional, prior registration due to limited capacity, and admission is subject to approval. It is a unique opportunity to be part of a select group of participants and gain valuable insights to boost professional success in the industry.
