How do I communicate with the delegates?

To communicate with accreditation holders, you must:

  1. Request a meeting from Participants.
  2. When requesting such a meeting, you must add a message that will be sent as an email notification to the accredited person.
  3. You will not be able to reply to these emails because they are set up as non-replays. However, you can write a message to the accreditor if you decide to decline the meeting, to explain your reasons for declining the meeting.
  4. You will also be able to contact the accreditor via their email address, which can be found in their profile under Participants, along with the accreditor’s basic information on the side of the page. But remember that the 1:1 meetings will be done through the Conecta FICTION & ENTERTAINMENT web platform.
