·} JURY – SERIES CO-PRODUCTION DEVELOPMENT AWARD

Council of Europe Series Co-Production Development Award

Projects in development selected in the Pitch Copro Series, Pitch High End Series, Pitch Music Series and Pitch Docudrama Series sections of Conecta FICTION & ENTERTAINMENT 2024 will be eligible for the Series Coproduction Development Award 2024, which will consist of a 50,000 euro grant awarded by the Council of Europe, home of Eurimages. Among other requirements, projects must be developed by one or more independent production companies established in a Eurimages member state (all 39 member countries) and must not exceed 10 episodes and 600 minutes in total. Alessia Sonaglioni is a lawyer expert in European audiovisual production and a certified coach, acting as an internal coach at the Council of Europe. In 2023 she joined  the Pilot Programme for Series Co-Productions as Programme Manager. Between 2010 and 2022 she has managed  cinema co-production projects at Eurimages Film Fund and during five years (2016-2021) she has been the executive director of EWA Network, a no-profit organisation that supports European female professionals in the audiovisual sector.

Beatriz Campos started her career at ITV Global Entertainment as Sales Executive in 2007. In 2012 Campos moved to Shine as Senior Sales Manager handling finished and format sales for a handful of territories, also responsible for the sale of big commercial brands inc. “Broadchurch”, “Masterchef” and “Biggest Loser”. In 2016 Campos joined the STUDIOCANAL family as VP of Sales followed by a promotion to Head of Global Sales for TV Series in 2017. In 2019 Campos was appointed SVP Global Sales and Production Financing responsible for driving the sales strategy for STUDIOCANAL’s growing roster of productions. She is also responsible for production formats and production financing with “All those things we never said”, “Two Lives”) and “The Vow” notable production highlights. Campos won the Broadcast Award for Best Distribution following the tx of “Last Panthers” and “Years and Years”. Beatriz was named in 2024 Managing Director of Anonymous Content Spain.

She has been working in the world of audiovisual productions for over 30 years, and before entering the team of IIF – Italian International Film she has developed her entire career in one of the best-known companies of the industry, Publispei.

She has worked successfully at ARTE France, one of Europe’s largest publicly funded broadcasters, and has extensive experience in distribution of special documentaries, limited series, unscripted formats and factual entertainment, with expertise in sales, acquisitions, marketing and commercial affairs. A great connoisseur of television history and pop culture, she strongly believes in the importance of multiculturalism, diversity and inclusion, as well as a balanced approach between men and women both on and off screen.
